Customisation of Songs
1. Can you turn my lyrics into a song?
Thank you for considering Songtalle to bring your lyrics to life! We are thrilled to hear that you would like to use your own lyrics for your custom song. To ensure your song is the best it can be, here are some tips:
We kindly ask that you please ensure that the lyrics are written and owned 100% by you as we do not offer parodies or cover songs at this time. Should any complications occur from lyrics you've provided, Songtalle will not be responsible for any consequences and/or legal damages.
Due to the variations in your pre-written song structure and line length, there may be instances when slight alterations are needed to fit the standard structure, but our songwriters will always do their best to keep it as close to your request as possible.
Please keep in mind that any songs created by Songtalle are 100% owned by us, and we do not grant song ownership to anyone outside of Songtalle that created it. For more information on copyright, please refer to our website.
To submit your pre-written lyrics, please use our website's normal submission process in the form & at the Memories section, as it offers the most space for your lyrics. While we do not accept lyrics or details via email, our Customer Service team is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have before completing your song purchase.
2. Do you offer rush services?
We understand that sometimes you may need your custom song to be delivered to you quickly, and we are happy to offer a rush service to accommodate your needs. During checkout, simply choose your desired delivery date, and the corresponding rush fee will be automatically applied to your order.
To ensure your song arrives on time, we suggest selecting a delivery date in advance of your occasion. Our delivery date guarantee ensures that your song will be delivered by 11:59 pm GMT +8 on the selected date.
Please note that once your purchase is completed, we cannot add a rush service to your order, and we are unable to provide refunds for the rush fee under any circumstances. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you carefully select your delivery date and consider any potential deadlines before completing your purchase.
3. Are there topics your artists cannot write about?
At Songtalle, our core values are centered on creating a safe space for artists, customers, and staff, whether that's in person or online. We promote diversity and inclusivity and expect your interactions on this platform to be respectful and guided by these principles.
Our Music Supervision team carefully analyzes orders prior to assigning them to any songwriter. Any orders that violate these principles in all communication forms will be returned to the customer for further information or a refund.
Some Off-Limits Topics Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Hate speech and discriminatory language
- Bullying and harassment
- Unwelcome verbal or physical conduct
- Self-harm and suicide
- Impersonating Songtalle employees, artists, or other users
- Malicious and harmful links or files, or anything that jeopardizes the security of others

4. Do you offer songs in other languages?
At this time, we only offer songs in English & Chinese. We are working behind the scenes to offer more languages and styles in the future.
If there is a phrase in your language you'd like to include in your lyrics, we cannot guarantee the artist will be able to accommodate that request. Just in case, please provide any pronunciation and the English translation so the artist can get the pronunciation right!

Custom Songs
1. What is a Songtalle custom song?
Each Songtalle song contains 1 verse and 1 chorus customized and personalized to you, and typically runs between 0.45 to 1.30 minutes in length. Our custom songs are based on your selected song preferences, submitted details, and information. You select your preferred genre, moods, vocalist gender, and tempo to mold the sound. Then you provide stories and details to help inspire and shape your song’s lyrics.
We provide a unique gifting experience that will make you feel as if you spent months preparing when in reality, you only took 10-20 minutes filling up the form.
2. Can you personalise an existing song?
Due to copyrights with existing music, we are unable to make any covers, re-record an existing song, or swap existing lyrics to add personalization. This does include re-using parts of a song written and recorded by a Songtalle songwriter.
3. Do you offer songs in other languages?
At this time, we only offer songs in English & Chinese. We are working behind the scenes to offer more languages and styles in the future.
If there is a phrase in your language you'd like to include in your lyrics, we cannot guarantee the artist will be able to accommodate that request. Just in case, please provide any pronunciation and the English translation so the artist can get the pronunciation right!
Gifts Cards
1. Do Songtalle gift cards expire?
No, Songtalle gift cards do not expire.
Song and add-on product prices are subject to change and gift cards are valued at the card’s balance.
2. Do you offer refunds on Songtalle gift card purchases?
No, all Songtalle gift card purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any gift card purchases.
3. How will I receive my Songtalle gift card?
After you complete the purchase, your gift card will be sent via email to the email address used at checkout. The gift card email will come from support@songtalle.com. If you do not receive the email shortly after completing your purchase, please check your spam and junk folders as it may have ended up in there.
4. Can I use a coupon code to buy a gift card?
No, unfortunately coupons and coupon codes are not valid on gift card purchases.
5. Can I exchange my Songtalle gift card for money?
No, Songtalle gift cards are not exchangeable for a monetary value. They are only valid for purchases on Songtalle.com.
6. What currency are your gift cards issued in?
Our gift cards, along with all prices listed on Songtalle.com, are in SGD (Singapore Dollars).
Song Submission Process
General Questions
1. Can my song include profanity or explicit lyrics?
You can! However, we have the right to refuse any request for songs that would contain anything we feel is derogatory towards a legally protected status (race, national origin, gender, sex, age, etc.) We generally avoid any political-oriented subject material.In the case that we refuse your request, we'll give you a full refund.
If you feel that your story is best told with some explicit lyrics, please include that in the details and information text boxes when ordering your song.
2. How can I make sure I love my song?
Because each song is for such a special moment, we want to make sure that you love your song. Below are some tips we've put together to ensure that you will love your one-of-a-kind song that will bring those happy tears! When filling out our song submission form, we encourage you to stick to the most important details that will help your artist craft your song's lyrics. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to place your order! If you don't plan on ordering right away, we recommend saving your answers in a separate document as we cannot guarantee your browser will save what you typed out.
THE GIFTER AND RECIPIENT
First, we have to know who is giving the song - That would go in Gifter's Name and please provide us with a working email for delivery of your song.
Next, we need to know who the song is for. Give us their name and relationship to you! You can even give us the pronunciation by sharing a link or phonetic spelling in the same field provided. Please let us know if you want their name to be included in the lyrics in the later part of the form. If you decide to make this change after your song is delivered, this will incur a revision fee. You can see more info here: https://www.songtalle.com/song-revisions. Please utilise the form to provide links/ways to ensure correct pronunciation especially if the recipient's name is uncommon. A simple mispronounced word or name can throw a song off and can take a few days to fix, depending on team’s availability. If you’re unsure whether or not to include the pronunciation, it’s always better to include it.

Peter is pronounced PEE-TER
WHAT IS THE OCCASION?
We'll also need to know what the song is for and if you'd like the occasion mentioned in the song. Is it their birthday? Do you want the artist to say "Happy Birthday"? If you'd like these to be mentioned in the song, please mention them in the field as well. If you decide to make this change after your song is delivered, this will incur a revision fee. CHOOSING YOUR GENRE & LANGUAGE
We currently only provide songs in English & Chinese. Genres contain many different variations, sub-genres, and styles within so what may be a Folk song to you, may not be a Folk song to someone else. Please select the closest option that you’d like your song to sound.
CHOOSING YOUR DESIRED VOCAL TYPE
Every vocal type sounds different and we're doing our best to develop and experiment with more AI vocal types.
TELL US THE MOOD OF YOUR SONG
We’ll ask you about the tempo and mood of your song. Slow-tempo songs are ideal for slow dance or a ballad, medium is a nice balanced tempo and can be used for all types of songs. Fast/Up-tempo songs would be ideal for celebrations or anthems. Below are the list of moods to choose from:
Heartfelt - Heartfelt songs highlight your emotional moments, stories, and feelings in a sincere way.
Funny - These songs highlight your funny stories and memories in a playful yet tasteful way.
Romantic - This features emotional intimate lyrics, often with a slower tempo.
Sad - These songs use an emotional and serious tone, often with a slower tempo.
Happy - Happy songs are bright, positive, and sure to bring a smile.
Keep in mind: A slow-tempo romantic song has a whole different vibe than an up-tempo romantic song, so please make sure to select one if you have a preference.
WHO IS YOUR RECIPIENT?
Here is the time to tell us about you and who you are gifting the song to! Tell us your story like you’re telling someone you’ve never met before and try to avoid listing things out without context. Be thorough and take your time. The details and context you provide help us add depth, emotion, and meaning to your song. Please keep in mind, our team don't know you or your story so provide context when possible! These details help us understand who they’re writing for and are not intended to go into your song.
SHARE YOUR STORY
We've limited the story prompt text box to 750 characters since we don't need a ton of information to write your song. Keep in mind each song is about 0.45-1.30 minutes which includes 1 verse and a chorus, so we don't need pages of information to complete this. Please keep in mind, we don't accept external links like Word Docs, Webpages, etc. If you do want to include dates, please stick to the MONTH, DAY, YEAR format!
In this section, share with us up to 3 key memories that need to be in your song. For example, you can put in here their nickname, your children's names, their favorite phrase -- Anything that needs to be in the song. All other details are used to help craft your song's lyrics and are not guaranteed to make it into your lyrics. Please limit one detail per line.

All songs are delivered on the 7th day by 11:59pm GMT +8. If you don't select rush shipping, we cannot deliver your song sooner than the date selected. Rush fees start at $30 SGD for 6-day delivery and go up to $100 SGD for 3-day! Please note that delivery dates apply only to the audio file via email. Physical add ons will take at least 2 weeks to 1 month upon confirmation.
At this point, you can also select an add-on, add and extra verse, or tip your artist! You can also order these after your song is delivered.
All prices are in SGD, so if you are located outside of Singapore, you will be charged in your country's currency.

Song Creation Process
How It Works
1. Can I listen to my custom song before it gets delivered?
All our custom songs are created to order utilizing your personal details, stories, and selections, so there is no way to listen to your song before delivery simply because it has not been created yet!
If you’re nervous about buying a song that isn’t created yet, we totally understand. There are some steps you can take to ensure your song is better than you can ever imagine! This includes browsing our past songs as a form of reference.

2. How are your custom songs created?
Every custom song we create and deliver is 100% based on your submitted details, information, and selected song preferences. While our songwriters put on their creativity, our AI tools are powered to help speed up the process. Multiple elements are used to make your song the best it can be based on your specific requests. Every order is carefully reviewed by our Music Supervision Team and assigned to the perfect songwriter to bring your song to life.
In some instances, components of songs such as instrumentals or melodies are re-purposed by the same artist. If this does occur, it is always done with extreme care and attention to detail in order to facilitate the best possible song. However, the heart of every song - the lyrics - will always be unique to you and truly one-of-a-kind.
The more information we have within your submission (tempo, style, feel, etc), the better chance we have of exceeding your expectations.
3. Do you use lyric templates?
No, we do not use lyric templates. Every song we create is 100% based on your submission preferences and details. Combined with the utilisation of AI, lyrics are one-of-a-kind and filled with your details, stories, selected moods, and other submitted preferences. Every song is unique and everyone from our Music Supervision team to our songwriters treat each request with care and attention to detail.
Keep in mind, we can only guarantee that each songwriter will perform in their own personal style. Tempo and feel will vary from artist to artist and genre to genre.4. Can I review my lyrics and provide feedback before you record?
At this time, we do not offer customers the ability to review and approve lyrics before they are recorded. Our artists will write, record, and mix your song in the same studio session. Adding this additional step in the songwriting process makes it difficult for us to hit our promised delivery dates and would increase the cost of a one-of-a-kind song.
5. Can I speak with my artist before starting my song or along the way?
We do not offer customers the option to collaborate with your artist as they create your song. Our song submission form gives our artists all the information they need to create your custom song. Adding this additional step in the songwriting process makes it difficult for us to hit our promised delivery dates and would increase the cost of a custom song. If our team or your artist has any questions, we will be in touch before starting the song creation process.
Please note: We cannot accept song submissions or revision requests directly through our social media platforms.
Please keep in mind we do not offer any artist changes once the order has been submitted or when the song is delivered. If you are unhappy with the chosen artist or their style, the Song Replacement Policy is the way to go! You can read more at our Song Revisions Tab.
Song Specs
1. What is the length and structure of your songs?
Our songs generally run 0.45 - 1.30 in length and include 1 verse and a chorus.
Certain genres tend to run shorter or longer depending as well; for example, the faster tempo of rap songs means your artist can fit more details in a shorter song. Some artists may add additional song elements (like a bridge, outro, longer verses, etc.) depending on the composition; however, it is not required.
We like to allow our songwriters the creative space to do what they think is best, so your song's length will be up to them! Our team still reviews every song to ensure it hits all requests and meets our standards.
2. Will my song have lyrics that rhyme?
Each songwriter and AI tools we work with is unique in how they compose their music and write song lyrics!
While we do not have requirements for songs to have lyrics that rhyme (other than the Rap/Hip-Hop genre), it is undoubtedly a song preference that can be requested. The best way to request lyrics that rhyme is by submitting that request in one of the "must-have" details textboxes of the song submission form. If a lyric shaping request is not made in your submission, your artist will write lyrics how they best see fit.

1. How long does it take to receive my song?
The moment your song is ready, we'll email you your mp3 audio file & lyric file. Your song will be delivered on the date that you selected at checkout (3-7 working days from song request submission) by 11:59 pm GMT+8.
If you have not received your song and your delivery date has passed, there are a couple of options:
- Please check your spam/junk email folders as our song delivery email most likely got caught in one of those alternate inboxes
2. How can I download my song to my device?
If you are looking to download your song to your mobile device, tablet, or computer, you download it from your email application.
3. Can I get an instrumental version of my song?
Instrumental licenses are available as an add on upon request.
Please keep in mind that all songs come with a Personal Use License for perpetual use. This means you can use the song on any of your personal social media channels, personal videos (wedding video, slideshow, etc.), share it with friends and family, etc. As long as you are not making money from your custom song, or claiming it as your own creation, you will be fine!
4. How can I share my song?
There are a few ways you can share your song! You can download the mp3 file of your song. Files typically save to a Downloads folder or your Desktop.
Please note: You can change or find out where it is downloaded to in your browser settings. Your pop-up settings must be turned on to start the download.
Another way to share is through Spotify! You can purchase the streaming add-on at checkout after building your song or once your song is delivered. This optional streaming add-on takes 10-14 business days to process once your song is delivered and will be uploaded exclusively to Spotify. We'll email you links to your song once it's ready!
Please Note: If you purchase the optional streaming add-on, a Spotify account will be needed to stream your song **
5. Do you review my custom song before delivering it to me?
Yes! We would never deliver a song that we aren’t proud of. Each song is reviewed by our Music Supervision Team and must pass a lyric/detail verification, quality check, and other factors to ensure that it meets our standards. If something is not quite right, we will send it back to the artist to fix before delivering.
We have a few revision options to get your song to the perfect spot! If you'd like to check out our revision policy, you can do so on our Song Revisions Tab.
6. Can I purchase add-ons for my song after delivery?
Yes, you can purchase add-ons at any point after your song is delivered. Please note: Extra verses must be ordered within 48 hours of your song's delivery.
Please contact us via our contact form with your order number with the add ons required, and we will assist you from there.

Please note: We are unable to offer expedited shipping options. All physical products ship through our partner courier and we can only provide estimated delivery dates. Once you receive your tracking number, Songtalle has completed our end of fulfillment. Delays may occur and are subject to our courier's schedules.
Leaving Feedback
1. Can I contact my songwriter?
Nothing makes us happier than when our customers connect with the songwriter that made their song! You can absolutely reach out to them via our feedback form and let them know how much you liked your song. They’d be thrilled to hear from you! Your support means a lot to us and our songwriters, so thank you!
Songwriters cannot accept song requests or revision requests through their social media platforms. If you'd like to make a revision to your song, that must be done HERE.
2. Where can I leave a review for Songtalle?
Songtalle and the Artist Community appreciate honest reviews and we’d love to hear about your experience! Positive feedback and stories about what the song meant to you and the recipient fuel us while constructive criticism helps us improve our services and get better. Either way, we always pass the feedback to your artist as they are eager to know how their songs were received.

1. How do I request to make a change to my song after it's been delivered?
If you received your song and feel that it would benefit from an edit, please send all of your requests through the link below. Requests must be sent within 48 hours of song delivery. Any revisions requested outside that window may not be completed. Once your request is submitted to your songwriter, it will take 4-7 days to complete, depending on the songwriter's availability.

2. How long do I have to request a change to my song?
From the moment your song is delivered, we allow 48 hours for song requests to be submitted. If your order contains add-ons and we receive an edit request within 48 hours, your add-ons will be paused from production for five days. If we do not receive confirmation from you regarding the requested revisions within those five days, your revisions will be processed. Alternatively, if we do not receive edit requests after 48 hours, production will begin for the add-ons!
If you received your song and feel that it would benefit from a change, please send all of your requests through our Portal from the link below. Requests sent at a later date will not be completed.

3. How can I order an extra verse after my song is delivered?
If you receive your custom song and would like to weave in additional details to your lyrics, you'll need to purchase an Extra Verse! Please keep in mind that extra verses must be ordered within 2 weeks of your song's delivery to ensure that your songwriter will still have access to your song's files. Please contact us directly should you require such a revision.
That's it! We'll email you if we need anything and we'll email you once the new cut of your song is completed :)
4. What revisions can I make?
Each songwriterr is unique in their individual sound, how they interpret submissions, compose instrumentals, and write their lyrics. If you do receive your song and you would like to make changes, we have a few options to get your song to the perfect spot.
The first type of revision is Songtalle Errors. This revision is if we or the songwriter got a detail wrong, there is a mispronunciation, playback issues, or any typos you find on your page. This revision is at no cost to you.
The second option is our Extra Vocal Recording Session for SGD $100. We'd use this type of revision for any personal preference changes, removing details from your lyrics, changing lyrics that don't match the details submitted, or if they were incorrectly submitted to us. This allows the songwriter to go back and rework your lyrics. You are allowed to make up to 3 single lyrical changes. Keep in mind, you can only purchase this session one time.
The final option is our Song Replacement Policy. This option allows you to start from scratch by placing a brand new order with the same or a brand new songwriter. We'll provide you with a unique promo code to cut that cost in half so your new song would be S$200. By going this route, we cannot refund your original order and we cannot transfer any extra verse on your original order to your replacement song.

We do have a few revisions that we do not offer:
- A different Songtalle songwriter covering your existing Songtalle song
- Requests to change or add instrumentation to a song
- Requests to perform melodies, words, notes, runs differently
- Re-record full completed songs based on new lyrics you wrote
- Fully remove lines in the middle of verses/stanzas/choruses
Please keep in mind that all revisions must be submitted within 48 hours. Add-ons automatically process once this window closes and any needed updates to add-ons may incur additional re-processing fees.
Please note, songwriters cannot accept revision requests or song requests through their social media platforms. If you ever have any questions about our revisions process, please reach out to us through our support center HERE.
5. What is your Song Replacement Policy?
We realize there are times when we deliver your song, you may want it in a different style, mood, tempo, or a new songwriter altogether. While we cannot refund your original song order, we would love to get you a song that is closer to your liking.
Our Song Replacement Policy costs $200 SGD and allows you to bypass all Songtalle fees on a second song while ensuring that a new songwriter is fully compensated for writing a brand-new song.
If your original order has an extra verse, that will not transfer to your new song, as your original songwriter was already compensated for the work on the extra verse. Taking advantage of our Song Replacement Policy does not refund your original order, but gives you a song at cost for a second song by a new songwriter based on your new requests.
If you are interested in moving forward with our Song Replacement Policy, please submit your request
By going with the Song Replacement Policy, it will only cover the custom song and not any add-ons purchased through the add-on store. Any unprocessed add-ons will be refunded.
The Song Replacement Policy does not include the extra verse add-on.

6. How long do revisions take to complete?
Song revisions can take anywhere between 4-7 days to complete after sending them to your songwriter. This timeline is all based on each songwriter's availability. We, and your songwriter, understand that your song is special and do our very best to get edits completed as swiftly as possible.
7. How much do song revisions cost?
Each request received is carefully reviewed by our Customer Team. While there are a handful of song edits that can be covered by Songtalle, personal preference requests will incur additional charges to fulfil.
If you'd like to change your lyrics, swap stanzas, we were provided an incorrect detail in your submission, or remove details from your lyrics, this will require you to purchase the Extra Vocal Recording Session for $100 SGD.
Please keep in mind, all revision requests must be sent within 48 hours of song delivery. Any revisions requested outside that window may not be completed. Once your request is submitted to your songwriter, it will take 4-7 days to complete, depending on the songwriter's availability.

8. The typed out lyrics on my song page don't match the song. Can we fix that?
Our Music Supervision team verifies your song's lyrics prior to delivery and every once in a while there might be a typo. If you need any typed lyrics on your page tweaked, please send your typos through our contact form!
Sometimes songwriters will sing slightly different lyrics in the final recording of your song that differs from what is written. If you notice that your typed lyrics don't match the final recording, please reach out to us! Previous drafts of your song's lyrics can sometimes not get updated to match that final recording. In the case your songwriter did forget to update the written lyrics to match that final recording, we will defer to whatever lyrics are sung in the final recording as the correct version. If you decide you want your song’s sung lyrics to match the written ones, you will need to purchase our Extra Vocal Recording Session ($100) to revise those lyrics.
9. I love my song but I want more details weaved in. How can I add more?
Our songwriters do their best to work as many details into your song as possible while making it feel cohesive and smooth. Sometimes our songwriters can work in a solid amount of your details and sometimes the details are a bit harder to work in without feeling like a long list of randomness. If you’d like more details included in your song, our Extra Verse add-on allows you to weave in an additional 3-4 details to your song by adding another verse (~6-10 additional lyric lines).

1. When can I purchase a song add-on?
Song add-ons can be added at the time of purchase (cart and confirmation page), while your song is being created, or any time after your song is delivered. You can review our add-on offerings via our store (linked below).

Please note: There are select add-ons (like an extra verse) that will not be able to be ordered while your song is being created, but you can always add it during song purchase or after it has been delivered.
2. How can I order add-ons at once after my song is delivered?
You can purchase add-ons at any point after your song has been delivered. If you ordered multiple songs, you can order add-ons for them all at once! Please provide us your order IDs when you email us.

3. My add-on has the original version!
Add-ons automatically process 48 hours after song delivery, which allows time for any revisions to be submitted for your song. If you request revisions outside of this window and your add-ons have already begun processing, there may be a fee to update your add-ons to reflect your revised song:
4. What if I get my song and need revisions? Do you wait to ship my add-ons?
Once a song is delivered, we allow 48 hours before processing add-ons for song revision requests. If you have a revision (or Song Replacement Policy) that you'd like to request, please do so within 48 hours of receiving your song and we'll hold all add-ons until the finalized version of your song is completed and delivered.
5. Are there refunds for song add-ons?
Each song add-on is personalized, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is something wrong or defective with your add-on, please reach out to our us and our team will be sure to get back to your inquiry as soon as they can.
6. What do I do if there is an issue with an add-on I received?
If there is a problem/defect with your song add-on, you can feel free to reach out to us and please provide any screenshots or attachments for our team to review the add-on that was delivered to you.
Shipping
1. What shipping providers do you use?
Songtalle is only able to ship physical add-on products within Singapore via our partner Couriers. Digital add-on products that are available worldwide are delivered via email.
2. Do you offer tracking numbers for your add-ons?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your physical add-on ships. Sometimes, updates can take 24-48 hours to reflect on the carrier's website.
3. What if my product is delayed during shipping?
The unfortunate part about shipping products is that they can get stuck in transit every once in a while.
4. Do you ship add-ons discreetly?
Yes! All of our add-on products are shipped in discreet packaging to avoid ruining any surprises. We do not include any printed receipts with prices in the package. The return address does not list Songtalle, so your secret is safe with us until it's time for the reveal!
5. Do you ship add-ons internationally?
While we plan to offer international shipping in the future, our physical add-ons are currently only available for our Singapore customers. To better serve our international customers, we have a range of digital products available. Shipping parameters are disclosed in our store within each product description.
6. Do you offer expedited shipping for song add-ons?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping for any of our song add-ons.

General Questions
1. What can I do with my custom song?
Each custom song that we create and deliver is granted a Personal Use License for perpetual use. This means you can use the song on any of your personal social media channels, personal videos (wedding video, slideshow, etc.), share it with friends and family, etc. As long as you are not making money from your custom song, you are totally fine.

2. My phone identified my song as another artist's song. Do you allow your songwriters to use samples and backing tracks?
At Songtalle, one of our top priorities for you as our customer is to ensure you’re getting an original song, personalized to you and your occasion. We work closely with our songwriters to ensure they are creating songs that are not impaired by copyright restrictions so that your song and the artist themselves will not be in violation of copyright laws.
In addition to a vibrant customer service team, we also have a music supervision team that closely monitors every order to ensure our policies are not violated by our artists. We also provide them with development tools and resources that support them in avoiding issues that would otherwise arise.
From time to time, your Songtalle song may be recognized by apps like Shazam as a song by another artist. When this happens, it is because both artists have used royalty-free/restriction-free libraries of samples and tracks. Splice, the biggest royalty-free sample library on the planet, is often deployed by our artists to make your songs, as well as by chart-topping songwriters and musicians around the globe. This brings a heightened level of freedom to our artists creatively, which allows them to make the best possible songs for you that they can.

3. Can I share my song on my personal social media channels?
Absolutely! You can share your song on your personal social media channels. As long as you are not promoting a business or product and you do not monetize the song, you're good.
There are a couple of ways you can share your song. The first would be to share your song's custom link/URL. Anyone with access to that link will be able to play and stream your song at any time!
The other option would be to click "Download Song" so you can download an mp3 version of your song to your device. You can then share that file with your loved ones! Your song will download to your device in your "downloads" folder or desktop or your files app on your phone -- This can be changed in your browser or device settings.
4. Can I use the song in my wedding video?
Absolutely! You can certainly use your custom Songtalle song in your personal wedding video. You can share your song with friends and post it on your social media channels, too. As long as it's for personal use, and are not promoting a business or product/monetizing the song, you're good.
5. Who owns the rights to my custom song?
Songtalle retains 100% ownership of the master and composition of your song. With your song purchase, you are granted a Personal Use License. What that means is you can share your song, post it on your personal social media channels, add it to personal videos/slideshows, etc. As long as it's for personal use and is not promoting a business or product/you are not monetizing your song, you're good.
